Is it legal to order pet medications from Canada to the US?
Yes — importing over-the-counter veterinary products from Canada for personal use is legal and accepted at the US border. All products we sell are non-prescription OTC items. We include appropriate customs documentation with every shipment to ensure smooth border clearance. We do not ship prescription-only medications.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For personal-use OTC pet health products shipped in reasonable quantities, US Customs and Border Protection typically allows importation duty-free under the de minimis threshold. We declare all shipments accurately on customs forms. In the rare event of a customs assessment, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Do you ship to all 50 US states?
Yes — we ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may be 1–2 business days longer than the standard estimate.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package on the Canada Post website while it's in Canada, and it will automatically switch to USPS tracking once it enters the United States. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of dispatch.
What if my order is lost or delayed?
We stand behind every order. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch (for standard shipping), contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will initiate a trace with Canada Post / USPS and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
